Products such as these are known to contain high a high amount of salt in them and high salt consumption is linked to diseases like coronary heart disease, hypertension and lifestyle diseases. In a 100 gm serving the product contains 14.89 gm sugar which is high for a condiment as this. Daily consumption of this can be problematic for those with diabetes, and lifestyle diseases.he product contains refined soyabean oil which is an edible vegetable oil, vegetable oils contain very large amounts of biologically active fats called Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which could be harmful in excess. Although this is a condiment and is usually not consumed in very large quantities, some people do. Please remember that this is an HFSS product (high sugar, salt and fat).
